As the client frequently receives a high number of visitors at home, the spatial layout was carefully planned to ensure private areas for family members remain undisturbed, while the public zones remain welcoming and accessible

One of the key design highlights is the use of interesting skylights, which bring in abundant natural light and create dynamic, ever-changing interiors throughout the day. The play of light and shadow enhances the architectural character while maintaining a warm and calming atmosphere. A palette of suitable, locally-responsive materials was chosen to ensure both aesthetic appeal and durability, making the home not only beautiful but also highly functional for everyday living.
