The Jayram Residence is thoughtfully designed to accommodate a joint family of two brothers, featuring two distinct duplex units within a uniquely challenging, odd-shaped site. The design responds to the site’s unconventional geometry by optimizing space utilization while ensuring privacy and comfort for both family units.
