Located in the vibrant neighborhood of  PES college, the MBR Residence presented a unique challenge due to the site size & orientation, with a prominent nort east facing exposure. The design thoughtfully addresses these constraints by incorporating strategically placed skylights and selecting exposed brick, natural materials that create exterior filled with massing, warmth, and eco friendly. The overall spatial planning was focused on crafting a home environment that feels refreshing and comfortable throughout the day.
